The Flavours New Brunswick Food Festival on
May 24 is a celebration of creations using the unique products available from land to sea in New Brunswick. Chefs, producers and hospitality students are coming together to showcase what New Brunswick has to offer. Sample chicken bone martinis, salmon nachos and wild blueberry latte dessert!
June 6-8, the Seafood Festival in St. Andrews will focus on local producers, including tours of salmon farms and the biggest lobster boil, clam bake, salmon barbecue and seafood feast imaginable!
From May 31 to June 7, the beautiful town of Caraquet, on New Brunswick’s Acadian coast, will feature the savours of wine, gourmet foods and the charm and hospitality of the Acadian Peninsula at FestiVin. Tastings, seminars and a gala evening make this event a must do for sommeliers in training.
If you’re more of a microbrewery fan and you’re anxious to taste the beers of the region, you’re in luck. With one stop at the Atlantic Beer Festival in Moncton on May 31, you’ll get a sampling of our many microbreweries.
