The breathtaking surroundings include a picturesque boardwalk, allowing you to admire Chaleur Bay, one of the Most Beautiful Bays in the World. There is an outdoor pavilion which provides live entertainment nightly during July and August; in winter there is a public skating rink provided. While here, don't miss the museums, Daly Point Nature Preserve and Youghall Beach, all located within the city.
Bathurst is a destination of choice any time of year. Winter is "white-gold season," and Bathurst is Atlantic Canada's snowmobile capital, with an average of more than 400 cm (13 ft.) of annual snowfall! The brilliant colours of the autumn leaves will inspire you and of course, spring means lobster season in this region.
