Pick up the secrets behind choosing, cooking and eating your own lobster at the historic Gîte L’Isle-du-Randonneur. The local fish market is bustling as you get ready to buy your own lobster. You also visit other local stores to pick out your favourite wine and fresh bread to accompany your seafood meal. Back at the B&B the owner has everything ready, to go in the busy, homey kitchen. You learn how to tell a male from a female lobster as well as how to get it ready to cook to perfection. A short 25 minutes later, you and your host retrieve your wine and bread and sit down together to enjoy the feast!
